Rutgers defeated No. 1 Purdue on Monday night at Mackey Arena by the final score of 65-64. My game recap is here. It was a tremendous and gutty performance from Steve Pikiell’s team. Rutgers has now beaten Purdue in five of their last six meetings. That includes twice at Mackey and twice with the Boilermakers ranked No. 1 nationally.
Here are game highlights, the postgame presser for both Purdue and Rutgers, the locker room celebration video, my rapid reaction video and the full Rutgers box score.
